Happy May everyone! This month is so special to me because for the past several months leading up to this I have had repeated dreams of being pregnant. In those dreams, I was always 7months pregnant and was due in May. Which happens to be my birthday month too.

We will start off with a gentle heart opening yoga practice guided by and then end with a light Cacao Ceremony guided by me!

Ceremonial Cacao is a sacred elixir prepared to honor the divine love within. Cacao allows for us to connect and live from our heart chakra. It is the bridge that connects us to the divine. Reiki and sound healing will be used to solidify this energetic connection, clear stagnant energy, and harmonize our vibrational frequency.
