May 2023:
Probably the best shape of my life. Training every day, playing some of the best footy in years… Right before breaking my collarbone.
Well the horse has been let out of the stable. Time to get back to work.
Note: I don’t look anywhere near this good right now… but I’m posting them as motivation to get back to it. Watch this space

Back like I never left:
Taking the time to train has been one of the most welcomed additions to my life this last 5 months.
Make it simple:
- 45-60 minutes of training
- 3-4 days a week
- 3 meals a day
- 7+ hours of sleep
- >10 cups of water
- No phone in bed
