REPORT:

Lakers CONTINUE to shop Dalton Knecht ahead of the season, Bucks, Jazz and Bulls have all been in discussions with the Lakers about a potential trade.

Lakers aren’t wanting to just waive Knecht, and instead feel they can improve their roster while making an appropriate trade.

Jericho Sims, Jalen Smith will be points of discussion, how about from Utah? 👀 💭

The Lakers and Bucks have had discussions of a trade that’d send Knecht to the Bucks in exchange for high flying Jericho Sims 👀

Giving Luka a vertical lob threat as explosive as Sims would be a cheat code 😭🔥
Jericho is 6’10, 250lbs of pure muscle and has a 7’3 wingspan to go along with a 45!!! YES FORTY FIVE inch vertical leap 🐰.

Last season as a starter (last month of the season) saw Sims average 10 Points, 9 Rebounds and 5 Assists.
He shot 78% from the field last season 🤯.

MATTISSE THYBULLE is one of the most underrated and important signings for the Lakers this offseason. 🔥

Thybulle has struggled with injuries the last few seasons, however what he brings to this Lakers squad is evident. He’s an ELITE defender, a pure defensive beast who will 100% make an all defensive team if he can stay on the park, he’s also an extremely improved 3 point shooter who will help space the floor for us.

He’s the PERFECT guy who could start alongside Luka & AR, he’s not going to average 15 Points, but he can play passing lanes and harass opposition players on defensive , covering for Luka & AR’s deficiencies, as well as knock down 3’s when defenses collapse on our dynamic backcourt duo.

Thoughts?! 💭

MAMU’S GOT GAME!!! 🔥

People were critical of the signing, but during the preseason, Sandra has been extremely impressive. His catch and shoot ability, spreading the floor for us, his 3 level shot making ability and his knack to grab a defensive rebound, push the break and use his smarts and passing prowess to find an open teammate.

YEAAAHHHH MAMMMUUU 🗣️

Laker select Derrin Horton to be new public-address announcer

Derrin Horton’s first job was in public address announcing. His first passion was the Lakers. The longtime sports broadcaster’s new job is the marriage of both.

Horton will take over the mic as the Lakers’ home public-address announcer, the team announced Thursday, stepping into the role for legendary Lakers announcer Lawrence Tanter, who died last week.
