I love working with pregnant clients. Helping their bodies stay strengthened, stretched and circulated in preparation for the marathon of labor. Watching them grow and glow. Here is the beautiful Bitsie Tulloch 38 weeks pregnant and looking amazing! She works out twice weekly alternating between Pilates and Gyrotonic. These workouts focus on keeping the muscles throughout the body - upper body, lower body and abdominal area - strong, toned and connected to the core so as to reduce pregnancy aches pains and help speed up post natal recovery.

3 months ago I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl. Life has changed dramatically since then. Between work and the baby, I no longer have time for my regular workout routine. These days, it is all about working out whenever I can. I usually get about 20 minutes daily and I make the most of it. I alternate between Pilates and Gyrotonic. It is the perfect postpartum combo to help me get my body back!

This is 40 weeks! Still moving my body, getting ready for the marathon of labor. Today is my due date and I am ready. But, somebody else is really comfy inside!

35 weeks and feeling great! Prenatal Pilates and Gyrotonic have kept my body strong, flexible, and circulated throughout my pregnancy. These forms of exercise have kept my body free from aches and pains. 💪
