I remember the firs time I posted this.
Some people were stunned, some people hated
I was excited that I was the first ever to pull a vacuum in a men’s physique competition.
I’ll admit, it’s uncommon. It’s different. It’s odd. It’s unnecessary.
But I just hate being like other people. I wanna be different
I don’t want to be the same, I’m not another sheep
Surprisingly some people tried to take that away from me
They wanted to break down my character
They didn’t like that I was different. They were jealous, they were insecure
So they didn’t support me when I posted this
They talked it down, “hey you’re not that special” , “it’s weird”, “you don’t have to do it”
It’s funny how people think they can break down my character
Keep trying, because in this movie... 👇🏼
Yes, my life is like a movie I believe
I always come out on top and I always win 😏

SUPER PUMPED for the launch of my ebook tomorrow, FINALLY 🙌🏻
I put a lot of hard work and thought into this work, it’s gonna be freaking amaze balls!
Took me weeks to finish the project, and it’s over 60 pages long 🙏🏽
I’m a perfectionist and a procrastinator so this was difficult for me to create

You NEED to Start Doing This 👇🏼
This will make ALL the difference in your physique and life
You see, most people make enormously important life decisions based on where they currently are, not where they want to be.
They hesitate, misstep, and settle.
As a result, they remain stuck in their average, unsuccessful lives.
Want an example of what making decisions looks like from where you want to be and not where you’re currently at? 👇🏼
“Want to be ripped, buff, and fit? Then start reading books on how different muscle groups work with each other and how diet affects the body”.
These are hard choices. Most people are simply unwilling to pay this price for success, and so remain in their average, mediocre lives
But the ones who bite the bullet and commit are bound to achieve the success they want.
Making decisions based on where you want to be will be painful at first. It may come as a shock to your entire system. You’re used to the old way; making uncontrollable decisions is familiar and comforting, and you have lots of company.
So the next time you make a decision, think about this post, and think about this quote below 👇🏼

First let me tell you that they said 👇🏼
“This is stupid, who filmed this? It’s so shakey and the focus sucks.”
“This vhs look sucks, this has to stop”
First of all, I don’t give a f**k if you don’t like it
It’s funny how people think I actually care about their opinion
I don’t give a f**k if I lose you as a subscriber
If you don’t like my s**t, don’t watch it
I would actually prefer it if you unsubscribed
I’m solely interested in attracting a specific audience
And I’m ok with breaking a few eggs to make a 5 star omelette
I know not everyone’s going to like me or my content
But I’m not going to filter my creativity just because it’s not what you like
It’s sad because it’s mostly like a bunch of people who have no lives or just jealous of my creativity that are commenting hate
People who content/happy with themselves don’t make mean comments. They leave criticism
You never see me comment on someone’s s**t saying “this is stupid”
Never. I’m a positive person and I want to see people succeed.
I don’t wish the worst on anyone not even the ones who’ve done me wrong
Because a real man has no anger or hate for anyone.
