On Saturday, May 30, we’re opening our mat to every kid in Northridge and the surrounding areas. Ages 4 to 14. Free Anti-Bullying & Self-Defense Seminar. No uniform. No experience. No sign-up fee.

We’ve seen what bullying does to kids. The confidence it takes. The anxiety it leaves behind. This seminar isn’t about teaching kids to fight. It’s about giving them something most bullies count on them not having: the tools to stay calm, set boundaries, and walk away safe.

Three age groups. Three focused sessions. One morning that could change how your child carries themselves.
