Jason has training with us for a moment and recently became interested in competing.
When he came to us he was 50+ lbs overweight but he dropped it all and got that V taper! Now he’s locked in with Coach Xander and headed to the stage later this year.
What I love about Jason’s transformation is that it is so regular and predictable. By which I mean that he just executes on plan and gets the results, slow and steady, day by day. I told him almost every time we check in that his progress is like clockwork: which for me as his coach was delightful.
No gimmicks. Just precision and grind.
Jason dropped 50 pounds and reshaped his body: classic V, tiny waist, wide back.
