In times of grief, overwhelm, and injustice, our breath becomes a powerful act of transcendence — and our healing, a sacred responsibility. In this 90 minute workshop rooted in collective care, we’ll engage in energy clearing practices and guided breath meditations, to release all that weighs heavy on the body and spirit and transform it to love.
We’ll explore cooling pranayama to calm our nervous system, movements to protect our auric field, and awaken the healing power in our hands. The session will close with a deep, restorative sound bath to support integration, rest, and deep reconnection to self and community.

Honored to return to the Fuller Dome for their 90th Day Conference where I'll be offering an immersive and transformative sound bath experience that explores the profound relationship between sound, tension, and release. Inspired by Buckminster Fuller’s principle of tensegrity—the balance of tension and integrity that structures all of existence—this session invites you to attune to the vibrational harmony within and around you.

Just as tensegrity structures hold their shape through a dynamic interplay of forces, our bodies and minds navigate the tensions of daily life. Sound, like tension, moves in waves—penetrating through resistance, dissolving rigidity, and restoring equilibrium. Using ceremonial instruments from around the world, I will guide you through an auditory journey where sustained resonance mirrors the universal forces that bind and balance all things.

Fuller described the Dome as a space where one could go "inside to go outside oneself"—a portal for both inner and cosmic exploration. In this unique environment, the frequencies of the sound bath will interact with the Dome’s acoustics, amplifying the interplay of tension and release, structure and flow.
