When you know, you are doing everything you can do get to your goal 💪🏻 .

I don't want to sound crazy here, but I feel sharing something with you guys: .
I miss seeing my friends & clients; I miss my favorite boba places; I miss the smell of the iron in the gym; I miss the beach and all the freedom that is taken away from us, but, I have to be honest and admit that I kind of been liking, appreciating & enjoying these past seven weeks 😍


I found A LOT OF POSITIVE during the period:
more time to spend with my fam; more time to focus on my online training platform and even go back to virtual training ( I used to that ten years ago on skype, when training overseas clients); more time to study what I am passionate about ( fitness & wellness) - and definitely, more time to focus on my training!


Even though I am a trainer and my life before the quarantine was pretty much in the gym, I have found myself, in these crazy circumstances ( hard to believe), very focused, and extremely motivated to get my workouts done and to keep pushing towards my goal.


I have been planning my entire day around my workout & made it my number 1 priority (Kai was not starving or ignored 😉) SCHEDULED in my daily ~ at home ~ calendar! .

I wanted to take advantage of the extra hours not spent in traffic or running around doing things and invest in me! I can not tell you how happy I am for doing that. I feel

1. Deficit reverse lunge : 3 sets x 12 reps / leg
2. Bulgarian spilt squats : 3 sets x 12 reps / leg .

They started in normal circumstances and then the pandemic hit. Hit hard! It was confusing; it was depressing; it was extraordinarily challenging. It even seemed impossible to continue at times, while trying to adjust to the new norms. These girls not only struggled emotionally to find the strength to keep going. They honestly struggled to find their fresh veggies and other essential foods so they can keep up the diet, but they pushed hard, really hard, and they accomplished the challenge they started. So beyond proud of all of them that finished it 🙌

It was amazing to have our little community to encourage, motivate, support each other, laugh, cry, complain 😍☺️.

When I say fat loss, I mean: drop the body fat%, lose or maintain your weight ( I never really care for the number on the scale, as we all know that muscles weigh more than fat) lose inches and drastically improve your body composition.

15 reps for exercise. 3-4 sets each exercises !
