Discipline matters. Sure.
But discipline only works when your basic needs are met.
It’s a lot easier to ‘be consistent’ when you
have childcare,
a partner who helps,
and mental health support.
But many moms don’t have that.
They’re running on 4 hours of sleep,
managing a household, working, caregiving,
and trying not to lose themselves.
Lack of progress does NOT equal laziness.
So let’s stop shaming mothers. Lets support them instead.

Cycle syncing sounds exciting because we have a training modality specifically for women.
But when you dig deeper, you are cutting yourself short.
Cycle syncing means you train with intensity during the first half of your cycle (follicular) and easier in the second half (luteal).
However, that means you are only training hard a few weeks out of the month.
Instead, it’s better to train the same all month, and adjust as needed on a daily basis.
You will see much better results that way.
