I use a stainless steel canteen - old school. Some things don;t need to be improved upon, because they can't be. When I was in Nepal, do you think they used glass or plastic bottles in the Himalayas? No - always stainless steel. It never breaks, never wears out, and is always safe.

We don't need to feel like we're "cheating" by enjoying a big BBQ meal with family and friends this holiday weekend. We are generally healthy so that we can enjoy our lives - that's all part of fitness. Be stress free! Enjoy yourself! Happy 4th!
