February will wrap up my second trimester of pregnancy so get ready to turn it up with me with my fusion workouts…strength and conditioning and muscle combo training!
One of the most common questions I get is “What are the best exercises for fat loss”. I try to encourage everyone to remember, and realize, that consistency, adherence, and discipline make up the biggest portion of the journey to any success - all of the high end research and extreme analysis is just a small percentage of the puzzle. Analysis paralysis is a real thing and knowledge without application isn’t beneficial for our goals. Majority of the time, we all already know the things needed to reach our goals, but staying consistent and disciplined to our goals is another story. REMEMBER - these are YOUR goals that you set for YOURSELF for a reason that is personal to you. Shorting your goal is only shorting yourself

FITCATION tickets and the surprise that we’ve been working on, the AFTER PARTY Dinner, tickets are up as well! We hope you’re ready to have a blast at both events!
The FITCATION workout will be taking place at Matthews Sportsplex in Charlotte on July 22, 2023. Event is 9-2 and the workout is at 11. Come workout with Sydney, meet , speak with physical therapists/registered dietitian, relax at the station, let your kids have fun in the Kid Zone, meet new people, celebrate your journey, etc!
After the workout, come and truly celebrate your wins with like minded people on similar journeys at the FITCATION AFTER PARTY at the brand new Revelry venue right outside of Uptown. We will have a live DJ, small bites, bar, etc.
