Tony’s Fight Club is not your typical gym. As a professional fighter and certified trainer, I've had the pleasure of teaching many students since 2006.

‼️ Ilia Topuria and Alex Pereira have both been banned from fighting for 180 days after receiving medical suspensions.
UFC Freedom 250 brought plenty of violence to the White House lawn on Sunday in Washington, D.C.
While all 14 fighters were suspended by the Association of Boxing and Combative Sports Commissions (ABC), nine received longer-than-mandatory suspensions due to specific injuries suffered during their bouts.
Also on the list is Justin Gaethje, but that shouldn't come as a surprise considering his fight with Topuria was pure violence from start to finish.
When you look at what these people go through and how demanding this sport is, they deserve nothing but respect. The very fact that they step into the cage or ring deserves respect on its own.
