🚨 So...
🙏 First of all, thanks to all of you who have subscribed to my Vimeo channel of classes all these years. Your support is appreciated and I hope the journey has been well-worth the ride.
🛑 This week, I got an email from Vimeo that they are shutting down the platform and are offering no pathway to migrate my library of 250+ videos to their new platform.
😔 As you can imagine, this is a tremendous blow, as we are talking about almost 15 years of classes and thousands of hours that I have put into that channel.
💡 I am trying to figure out the best solution forthgoing. To be honest, it would take months of 24/7 uploading to move my library to a new platform, so the solutions are thorny.
🤸♀️ One idea I am floating (or levitating) is to sell the content as either single classes or libraries. Whole library, beginner library, intermediate library, advanced library, philosophy library, and maybe student model library.
🫵 Is that something that would be interesting to you? Would love to hear your thoughts .
🧘♂️ Meantime, it looks like my current Vimeo content will stay live until September 21. So, you still have access to unlimited, all-you-can-eat, nonstop yoga for about four more months. And thank you for your support!

Last December I was one of the world's most advanced handstand experts. Then I tore my rotator cuff. Literally all the way through most of the muscles that were keeping my arm on my body. I could barely lift or move my right arm. And...I opted out of shoulder surgery.
As a yoga expert, I also opted out of physical therapy for my shoulder, knowing I could just as easily heal it on my own. And I did.
Slow and easy wins the race. Less than five months later, I knew today was the day and I did my first handstand since my shoulder injury. Stay tuned...this was just the tester...
