But seriously make sure to do your own research when it comes to your health. There are so many influencers out there giving out weight loss tips and nutrition information because they have large following abs people think that makes them experts (NOT TRUE!)
Remember, if what you are doing feels unsustainable and too hard to follow then eventually you’ll stop doing it.

When you cut calories super low for the sake of weight loss. You are doing more harm to your body than good.
Instead of spending so much time and energy avoiding your favorite foods, try putting that energy into learning how to eat ALL foods and still lose weight. It may take a little longer but it’s weight you can keep off long term.
