A new chapter for Homenetmen Glendale Ararat General Athletics 🏐⚽️🎾🏓🏊‍♀️🏃‍♀️♟️

As of June 1, 2026, we are pleased to welcome Tomik Iranosian as the new General Athletic Director of Homenetmen Glendale Ararat.

At the same time, we extend our deepest gratitude to Narineh Minasian for her years of dedicated service, unwavering passion, and immense love for Ararat. Her leadership, commitment, and tireless efforts have left a lasting impact on our athletes, coaches, and the entire Ararat family.

Throughout the month of June and during the Navasartian Games, Narineh will work alongside Tomik to ensure a smooth transition. We are grateful that she will continue to support our organization as a coach and volunteer, sharing her experience and dedication in new capacities.

Please join us in thanking Narineh for her remarkable contributions and in welcoming Tomik as he begins this new journey with Ararat Athletics.

We wish them both continued success and look forward to an exciting future ahead.

The Mentoring in Middle Schools Program proudly marked its 4th year in 2026! 🎉

Through a strong partnership between the City of Glendale, Homenetmen Glendale Ararat, and Glendale Unified School District, 20 students successfully completed this impactful program at Roosevelt and Toll Middle Schools.

Designed to support Emerging English Language Learners, the program provided mentorship, creative activities like poetry and painting, restorative circles, and college & career readiness workshops. Students also connected with community mentors from local organizations, gaining valuable guidance and inspiration along the way.

Each participant received a certificate to support their future goals—and we celebrated their achievements with a special recognition event! 👏

We’re proud to continue empowering students, fostering growth, and building stronger community connections. 💙

It was an honor for Homenetmen Glendale Ararat to attend the 30th Annual Glendale Police Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Our Executive Director Serge Grakasian and Board Members Henrik Sardarbegian and Varag Kerikorian were proud to be part of this important event that celebrates those who serve and protect our community.
