✨ Discomfort comes in many different forms. It might be looking into your past and acknowledging pain you’ve experienced or taking accountability for hurt you’ve inflicted on others. It could be intentionally going outside of your comfort zone, trying something new, and exploring the (oftentimes scary) unknowns of the future. Whichever you choose, there is growth and enlightenment waiting for you. A new version of yourself is waiting to meet you. How amazing is it to know that all you need to do is take one baby step outside of your comfort zone each day to build yourself up? It’s easier said than done, but we aren’t looking for “easy” when it comes to discomfort. It’s challenging and difficult on purpose. So instead of running away from it, remind yourself it’s like water and sunlight to a plant, or to YOU; essential.
