One of the biggest questions we get from new members is:
“How many days a week can I realistically train at BFT?”
The answer? Most members comfortably train 5–6 days a week because our programming is designed with purpose.
Unlike workouts that just leave you drenched and exhausted for the sake of it, every BFT session is strategically programmed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and recover properly.
You’ll alternate between strength and cardio-focused sessions so your body can keep progressing without constantly feeling beat up or burnt out.
We also follow structured 8–10 week programming blocks so you’re not just doing random workouts every day. You’re building on movements, tracking progress, and actually getting stronger over time.
