Just a nice weekend🤍Long run (22k) to just be with myself, matcha with a great friend, reading the chapter on the new PNI module on Pain, Wound healing and Resoleomics. It keeps getting better

Many people are travelling for Easter and Spring Break these days. Want to avoid the restlessness while confined to a car or plane seat, the emotional and physical hangover after a long day of travelling? Make a smart decision to carve out time for a walk, a run or a nice little workout on the mat wherever you are. It makes you feel at ease with whatever the day has in store for you, it balances out some of the negative impact of sitting, it will make it feel like a rewarding day no matter what. Spring skiing 2.0🤍This week has been everything: warm weather slush, snow storms, freezing on chair lifts, most beautiful fresh snow sceneries, power through the woods. Skiing always completely takes off my mind off the everyday life. Being up in Mammoth feels like you’re on some remote island, far away from anything. So good to be around mountains that have been there for a lot longer than us.
