CONGRATULATIONS to our BMW Shop Foreman Elite who just completed their intensive 4-day Leadership Development Workshop!
 
Over the past four days, these dedicated leaders dove deep into what it truly takes to build a high-performance work team. From exploring purpose and culture to uncovering more opportunities for successful recruitment, interviewing techniques, coaching strategies, and how to conduct constructive feedback meetings, they’ve sharpened the essential skills that drive excellence.
 
The key takeaway? Understanding just how much influence they have over their teams and the incredible responsibility that comes with it.
 
True leadership isn’t about holding a title – it’s about investing in your people, genuinely caring about their growth, and coaching them to reach their full potential.
 
Bryan W. shared a quote in class from Simon Sinek, which resonated: “Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.”
 
Here’s to leaders who understand that their success is measured by the success of those they lead! 💪

Wow! It was a fantastic week of leadership development with our Shop Foreman Elite managers nationwide. Thank you for setting the example of engagement for our workshop from day one! Your energy, passion and care for your team of technicians was felt. They are lucky to have you as their leader.
 
Perhaps the most meaningful aspect of our workshops was the perspectives and best practices shared! You already have great ideas and processes in place in your shops. This course allowed you to evaluate your team and fine-tune the ingredients for your people’s success. You can choose where to start based on their needs! 
 
As you complete your action plan, consider the key elements of building a high-performance work team and your ultimate goal: how your players deliver an exceptional experience. Engage them and communicate the WHY of their role. Then, develop and coach them to improve!  Coach Steve and I know you’ve got this!
