It’s Friday and we’re heading into a holiday weekend!

Three day weekends can be a great time to join a race or log extra miles, but sometimes travel, gathering with family and friends, or enjoying downtime can change your plans.

Remember, it’s okay to skip a run if you need to. Swap it for a walk or hike with family. Hit the gym for strength work or yoga. Or simply take a rest day. You won’t lose fitness in one weekend.

Wherever you end up this weekend, have fun out there.
