This can happen so easily and sometimes innocently. It can also be used as a tool to do more harm than good.
Watch your own mind for spiritual bypassing~ while spiritual experiences are real, they may need time and wisdom to integrate. They may also not be the direct experience of others. When we try to help by offering spiritual platitudes, we can often do more harm because the person feels unheard. A genuine spiritual experience could take a lifetime to integrate.
Most importantly- make sure you are not doing this to yourself. Once we have a glimpse of our spiritual nature, it’s tempting to dismiss what’s “human” in us. Don’t do that. Your humanness is everything 🤍

Just as a tiger is the crown jewel of a healthy forest, an embodied woman is the crown jewel of a healthy society.
🐅💃
During a tiger safari in India in 2010, I noticed how the entire eco system needed to be strong and healthy in order to support the tiger population.
The deer needed to be plentiful, so the grass could be strong, green & growing...
The rains needed to fall and the sun to shine, so this grass could grow...
The birds, fowl and the fish needed to be in balance, so that there was abundance of prey.
All played a part in this vibrant forest of which the tiger would occasionally be spotted hidden amongst the trees..
or sipping water from a nearby pond...
or strolling across a meadow...
or calmly gazing at our open air jeep full of humans excitedly snapping away with cameras.
Your embodied self is this tiger.
She needs a healthy society in order to flourish.
She needs a certain degree of safety.
She needs to know where her next meal is coming from.
She needs to know that her boundaries are respected.
She needs to have capacities for understanding her power beyond any distorted patriarchal ideas.
In this analogy, YOU are also the forest.
Everything you do to care for your body-your forest-will feed the crown jewel of your experience.
Eat well, so your fields are lush with vegetation...
Sleep deep & long, so your moonlit nights are sweet & silent...
Feel all your emotions, so your rivers run wild and free...
Let your tears flow without attachment or self-pity, so when the rains fall, they land on fresh soil...
Practice letting go of thoughts, so the sun will shine down below through a wide open sky...
Keep healthy relationships & communication, so your inner animal kingdom continues to evolve...
The embodied woman is the crown jewel of a healthy society.
🐅💃✨
Next time you SEE her, relax your body, receive her energy and be grateful.
As crazy as things are these days, we have some health here too...
Next time you ARE her, kiss the ground and thank the sky.
This is life at it's finest.

🦋Did you know that a “gentle bounce” of the body is one of the fastest ways to “reset” your nervous system?
Simply stand with your feet firmly planted on the ground..
Do not lift them...
And gently bounce in the knees, so that the shake is relaxing to your whole body.
Let all of your muscles melt into that gentle bounce.
This can reduce nervous energy & also bring in a state of calm.
I use it with my clients ALL the time... it’s a fantastic go-to!!
Add it to your somatic toolbelt friends !! 💪🏼🔥

Many of us are haunted by repressed desires plaguing our psyche and we don’t even know it.
In the ta***ic tradition, living out completely or letting go completely of these desires is a necessary step towards wholeness..
how can one melt into union with God and dissolve their ego if they still are craving for pizza, a three some, or another unbridled passion?
As we consciously live our desires, we discover that they too can be exhausted.
Endless threesomes and endless pizza is not as amazing as it might sound.
Read this quite from Lalita Devi in the book Ta***ic Quest:
“Human nature can never be really opened to ecstasy until everything that was imagined, but not experienced as a result of morality or social repression, can finally be enacted with divine spontaneity. In this way, the Ta***ic adept doesn’t leave a single hidden residue, a single unsatisfied desire, a single dream remaining within, that can’t be discharged through sadhana....
This is one of the reasons why Tantrism is sometimes misunderstood by Hindus and probably Westerners who see an opportunity for impulsive debauchery where the divine exercise of spontaneity and the radical elimination of unsatisfied desires intersect.”

Scientific evidence suggesting our brains relax more when gazing onto rural landscapes, and go into active mode when gazing at cityscapes.
More “proof” of what the intuitive body already knows...
For me personally, I feel the deepest “pleasure” in the brain when I gaze at WILD natural landscapes, where the grass isn’t manicured nor the trees planted in a perfect row.
I suspect it feeds something deep in the soul.
Human brain hard-wired for rural tranquillity
Study of brain activity shows it struggling to process complex urban landscapes
