Our tip for Trainer Tip Tuesday? Surround yourself with people that inspire you. That’s how you build community AND hold yourself accountable. It’s also what fuels Coach James 💙

Are you Summer ready? THIS WEEK at BFT West Hollywood, you’ll see our brand-new Podium program again ‼️ The first progression launched June 13th, so let us know how you did this past weekend in the comments…we’d love to hear your thoughts.

Kicking off with Cardio HIIT today, push hard during work periods, recover well between sets and aim to keep your heart rate above 90% during the tougher stages of the session. The better you can recover between efforts, the fitter you’ll become over the course of the challenge.

Be sure to invite your friends and family to join you for a free session. We’re confident our community can take their fitness journey to the next level (referral codes can be found in your BFT booking app) 🤝

What Andrew said 👆 Headed into the weekend so here’s a few reminders! Consistency is built through routine. We’ll see you over the weekend 👋

06/10/2026

Motivation is great, but it’s unreliable. Long-term success comes when training, nutrition, and recovery become part of your identity and daily habits rather than something you constantly have to think about.

When healthy habits are attached to existing routines, planned ahead of time, and treated like non-negotiable appointments, they require less mental energy and become sustainable. The goal is to build systems that make consistency easier 🧘‍♀️

🎉🎉 Kicking the week off with the second progression of Strength Endurance. You will work through 6 zones of alternating strength and cardio based exercises, moving continuously between efforts with short recovery periods.

This progression is designed to improve your ability to repeatedly produce force while fatigued!

This week, you’ll see increased rep targets across your working sets, increasing the overall workload and challenging your ability to maintain consistent output - SO, more opportunities to build strength, muscular endurance, and confidence 😉 under fatigue.

Are you signed up for at least one class this week? Link to sign up in bio.

A place for everybody. A place for every story.

Proud of our community. Proud to be a space where everyone is welcome.

Be safe out there this weekend!

Most active bodies thrive on 7 to 9 hours of sleep. For quality recovery, audit your rest. Create a 30-minute pre-bed ritual to signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to power down. Swap scrolling in bed for reading a book, stretching, or journaling. Removing screens 30-60 minutes before bed also radically improves deep sleep quality 💡

You can have the perfect training routine and a committed meal plan, but if you’re sleeping four hours a night, you are putting a ceiling on your own potential!

Sleep is your body’s superpower but recovery ALSO starts before and after every workout. At BFT, we encourage members to arrive early for talk time and warm-ups, then stay after for stretching and cool-downs for better performance, improved recovery, reduced muscle tightness, and stronger community connections.

This week’s challenge: Commit to arriving 5 minutes early and staying 5 minutes after each session. Small habits lead to big results…lock in 🏃‍♀️

Week 3 of the 8 Week Challenge is here 🔥 By now, the excitement of starting has settled in and the real work begins. This is where consistency creates results.

This week’s programming is designed to help you build efficient movement patterns, stay composed under fatigue, and maintain a steady output from start to finish. Rather than chasing all-out intensity every session, focus on moving well, controlling your effort, and staying present throughout your workout.

📲 Take a few minutes today to book your classes for the week. Having your sessions locked in removes decision fatigue and keeps you accountable to the goals you set at the beginning of this challenge. See you in the studio 💪

It’s Cardio-U day! 12 exercises, 3 stations with the week’s progression focus being on decreased rest time between zones. This means shorter recovery periods and more intentional transitions throughout class to keep your heart rate elevated and challenge your endurance. For this Sunday, expect a combination of cardio and strength based exercises with time based circuits and rest ratios that allow you to optimize your workout capacity. See you then 😉

📝 Joined the 8 Week Challenge? Use the rest of the week to FUEL WITH PURPOSE. When your recovery time decreases, what you’re doing outside of the studio matters even more. Proper nutrition, hydrations, sleep, and recovery all directly impact your energy, performance, and ability to stay consistent throughout the week.

Be sure to check your BFT app for nutrition tips, routine support, grocery lists, and ways to use your challenge tokens to stay prepared and focused on your goals throughout the week!
