🕊️6 years ago, I told myself I would no longer be the definition of insanity: repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Today, I’m so happy with my routine and how I take care of my body, mind and spirit.

Facebook family! It’s been so long. I wanted to invite you to the Weight Loss Revamp Challenge this January 2024. I released my new book in October of this year and the Lord has been placing it on my heart to host this challenge implementing the four-week framework of the book.
It’s different than most of these kinds of events because the focus is really around learning how to reach a place of sustainability with weight loss.
I’ll be teaching you the right strategy and how to be consistent without burning yourself out. As many of you know, this was an issue in my life for over a decade and I was able to overcome my issue by God’s grace and guidance.

✨A SECRET I’ve kept about my gut health:
I didn’t seriously address stress and anxiety as a part of my gut healing journey until Summer 2021.
I’ve always struggled with it, but didn’t take this part seriously enough.
Wonderful, positive changes happened in my life when I did work on it, not perfectly, but intentionally.
Your gut health will not be solved only by probiotics, prebiotics and vegetables. This part is critical too ✨🥬

Happy Birthday to my boyfriend Matt! I love you so much. It’s His bday today so I said “I’ll see what he thinks of these pancakes I invented”. He’s been so supportive as I have started posting to my account more. Social media really challenges me, but ultimately he encouraged me to keep sharing with the goal of helping others and doing what God wants me to. I am so thankful for him, and he is a huge part of the behind the scenes of my account. 😍✨

👀 Recipe:
• 1/3 c GF oats
• 2 TBSP water
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 4 eggs
• 1 scoop vanilla protein bone broth
•1 banana
• 2tsp baking powder
•1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp monk fruit extract
Topping ideas: sprinkles, monk fruit maple syrup, pistachios, coconut flakes, nut butter, blueberries, chocolate chips.
Blend wet ingredients slightly in a blender, add everything and blend ( except oats and chia ). Pour oats and chia into blender and stir with a spatula by hand. Heat a non-stick griddle or pan to medium-low and pour 1/4 c batter into pan. Repeat to make 10 pancakes!

Chocolate-chip banana bread! (Gluten-free, vegan, gut-approved, low-glycemic)
My recovery from binge-eating, bulimia and restrictive eating disorders was mostly because I figured out how to balance my blood sugar, eat to heal my pre-diabetes without uncontrollable cravings and urges to eat sugar, and healing my gut.
Matt tested this out yesterday and we both loved it. I can’t wait!!! 🤩
