Over the past 8 years we have become a community & using Social Media, a community can have power....it's time for us to use that power....parents lost a son (no value can be placed on that). Think of their sacrifices to get him to where this Dec he would have earned his Masters. As an Engineer it's probable Sai Kumar Adluri (NIU) would have earned $ 1 Million over the next 10 years. Availability for NWCL League t40 Husky Cricket Club is entering its team into NWCL D division. Here are some details: 40 overs games Weekend games (either on Saturday or Sunday) There will be some level of individual registration fees as we are still working that out There will be a minimum of 10+ games. The season begins in April…

Huskies beat UC Irvine to qualify for the West Coast semifinals!! They will be playing USC tomorrow morning at 8am, cheer them on as they look to bring home the West Coast championship trophy

If you were to ask any guy on the team who is the team clown...they would all say Abhi Trivedi :)

Abhi has an incredible, upbeat attitude and adds a lot of fun to what is already such a fun game of cricket.

Abhi currently studies at UW Bothell and is a bowling all rounder who loves swinging the new ball.

His favorite batsman is Sachin Tendulkar and favorite bowler is Brett Lee. Abhi has been playing cricket ever since he could hold a bat.

And his life mantra is: EAT. SLEEP. CRICKET. REPEAT.

Next up is one of our most experienced players, Vikranth Babu Tirumalachetty! Apart from having by far the coolest name on the team, Vikranth is an UW Alumnus who graduated with a Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering

Why Vikranth loves cricket: "I love cricket because its a gentleman's game, and the fact that I can relate my personality with that of the legends that take part in it."

Another one of our quality members is Vineeth Omkaram!! Vineeth is a reliable, and experienced top order batsman capable of playing to any situation. He is also a pacy opening bowler with deadly accuracy.

Vineeth is currently an alumni who graduated in 2015.

Introducing Somesh Harshavardhan, the stylish batsman and off spinner from Tamil Nadu!

Often dubbed the Ravichandran Ashwin of the team, Somesh is an undergraduate sophomore in the Informatics program with a Math minor.

His love for cricket stems from "the invigorating and constant tests of attitude and aptitude that the game"

His favorite player is: Mahendra Singh Dhoni

And his motto is: "Failing to prepare is like preparing to fail."
