The best part about this journey isn’t just creating fighters. It’s watching young men realize they’re capable of more than they ever believed.
5 years deep. Just getting started. Come watch

One day you realize the runs become bigger than cardio. They become conversations without words.
Lessons without lectures.
Memories you’ll carry forever. 🖤💛

It’s crazy watching all these new fight promotions pop up. Bare knuckle. Celebrity boxing. Influencers. Retired fighters. MMA crossovers. Street style events. Last night I even watched a mix of boxing and MMA on an Aiden Ross card. somehow… people still tune in. That made me realize something:
Fighting might be the only sport where people will watch the highest level in the world… and then still sit down and watch the lowest level and be entertained.
Why? Because fighting exposes people.
You can’t hide pressure. You can’t fake composure. You can’t completely mask fear, ego, heart, exhaustion, or toughness once things get uncomfortable. The skill level changes. The emotions don’t. That’s why a world title fight works. That’s why a retired fighter still draws views. That’s why even beginners and celebrities can still capture attention.
People aren’t only watching technique. They’re watching human nature in real time.
What are your thoughts on the current Fighting Scene?

Built in America.
Headed to Bangkok.
There’s something special about representing your country in the same sport that raised you…
even more when your son helped lead the way. 🇺🇸🇹🇭s

You've heard me say, You can’t lie in the ring.
And honestly… you can’t really lie in the gym either.
The gym sometimes helps people, sometimes it builds people, and sometimes it reveals people.
Either way… you don’t leave the same person that walked in.

Most people already know what they need to work on. Discipline, Confidence, Conditioning, blah blah blah.... The hard part isn’t knowing. The hard part is starting. At some point you have to stop watching from the outside and challenge yourself.
No experience needed. Just effort.
Kids. Teens. Adults.
Come see what you’re capable of. Its starts in this office.

Everybody knows the feeling…
The second the hand wraps go on, the switch flips.
What’s your favorite part of fight night?
The walkout? The adrenaline? The silence before the bell? Or the moment the wraps go on and you know it’s time. 👊

Feels like the NBA All-Star Game… except this is built different.
The best from every region in the country coming together under one flag, one team, and one mission… GOLD. 🇺🇸🥇
USA Team regional practices are happening all over the nation right now. Different gyms. Different coaches. Different styles. But everybody putting their pride aside to sharpen each other and represent the country at the highest level.
The energy in Thailand is about to be unreal.
Iron sharpens iron.
See you in Bangkok. 🇹🇭🔥

Your mom spent approximately 18 years making sure you survived and were well taken care of....
The least you can do is show up and learn how to defend yourself.
See you tomorrow. Don’t disappoint your mother.
