When a successful woman senses something is off, she almost always tries the same four things first.
One. She schedules the vacation.
A week away. A long weekend at the lake. Distance from the work is not the same as alignment with the woman doing it.
Two. She starts the new health protocol.
New trainer. Cold plunge. Hormones tested. None of it addresses the actual question, which is not what is wrong with the body, but who is currently inside it.
Three. She takes on a bigger project.
Works for six weeks. Then the same exhaustion shows up on a bigger stage.
Four. She blames the business.
Sometimes that is right. More often, it is a way of changing the outside because the inside is harder to address.
None of these are the actual move.
On June 17, we skip all four and go straight to what is actually happening. The Quiet Crisis. Free. 60 minutes.

There’s so much I wish I could go back and tell the version of me who was in that season.
The version who thought she needed to have everything figured out before making a move.
The version who kept questioning herself.
The version who thought uncertainty meant she was doing something wrong.
If I could sit with her now, I’d tell her this:
You don’t need permission.
You don’t need perfect clarity before your next chapter begins.
And the discomfort you feel doesn’t mean you’re lost.
Sometimes, it means you’re growing into a life that fits you more honestly.
That’s one of the reasons I’m honored to be part of "Women Gone Wild: Leadership."
This book is filled with stories from women who chose to trust themselves before they had all the answers.
And I think more women need reminders like that.
If you’ve been in a season of uncertainty lately, I hope this reminds you:
You’re not behind.
You’re becoming.

There was a season of my life where, from the outside, everything probably looked fine.
But internally, something had shifted.
I remember feeling disconnected from myself in a way I couldn’t fully explain yet.
Not unhappy.
Not falling apart.
Just aware that the version of me I had been operating as no longer felt fully true.
And if I’m being honest, I didn’t fully trust myself yet.
I didn’t know exactly what the next version of my life would look like. I knew I couldn’t keep abandoning what I was feeling.
That season became the beginning of something bigger.
Not because everything suddenly became clear.
But because I finally started listening to myself differently.
That’s a big part of why I’m honored to be a contributing author in "Women Gone Wild: Leadership."
This book is filled with stories from women who chose to trust what they felt and step into more of who they were.
If you’ve been in a season that feels unclear lately, I hope this reminds you:
You’re not stuck.
You’re becoming.

Most successful women get the diagnosis wrong.
Tired? They call it burnout.
Restless? They call it a midlife thing.
Off in their body? They call it hormones.
Each of those is real, sometimes.
But they are not usually the actual diagnosis.
They are the easy diagnosis.
And once you have named it as one of those, you stop looking for the real thing.
The actual thing is quieter.
It is a slow leak, not a crisis.
And women who are used to managing big things do not take small leaks seriously until they flood the basement.
By then, they have usually spent two or three years explaining away the signals.
On June 17, I am walking through what those signals actually are. 60 minutes. Free.

My youngest just graduated from Chico State.
And just like that, the chapter I have been living for the last 22 years officially closed.
Three kids raised. One just graduated. One getting married. I am right where so many of you are right now.
This is what I tell women all the time. Life will force ReLaunch moments. The empty nest. The wedding. The graduation. The next chapter you did not exactly plan for but that arrived right on time anyway.
The question is never whether the ReLaunches come. They come. The question is whether you choose to walk through them intentionally, or let them happen to you.
Tonight I am choosing intention. I am choosing pride. I am choosing to sit in this moment and feel all of it. The 22 years of mothering. The man my son is becoming. The wedding we are about to celebrate. And the version of me that is being asked to step forward next.
I have been where so many of you are right now. Watching your kids walk into their lives and wondering quietly what comes next for you. Here is what I know. You are not losing your identity. You are being invited to design your next one.
Powerful women choose how to navigate these moments with intention.
So proud of you, kiddo. And so ready for what is next. For all of us.

This is what an Inner Circle ReLaunch looks like.
Six women. One palazzo in Florence. Four days of identity work, business strategy, and the kind of conversations that only happen when you finally stop performing and start telling the truth.
We made pasta with a Florentine nonna. We walked the Duomo at golden hour. We sat in front of art that took someone a lifetime to create and asked ourselves what we were building with ours.
And in between, we did the real work.
Capital strategy. Exit planning. The next version of the business. The next version of her. Because your business is a direct reflection of you. So the only question that actually matters is which version of you is building it.
These are not women looking for inspiration. These are women who are done with incremental progress. They came to Florence to design the next chapter intentionally, with the framework, the strategy, and each other in the room.
Life will force ReLaunch moments. Powerful women choose how to navigate them with intention.
The next room opens in September at ReLaunch Live. If you feel the pull, that is the signal. Link in bio.

Three sentences I hear over and over from women running businesses, leading teams, raising families and quietly drowning.
One. I should be happier than this.
Two. I don't recognize the woman I used to be.
Three. I don't know who I'm becoming.
These sentences are not failures.
They are the early signal of an identity transition that the rest of your life hasn't caught up to yet.
Most women try to muscle through them.
They schedule a vacation.
They start a fitness program.
They take on a bigger project to feel alive again.
None of those moves work because none of them address the actual transition that's underway.
Naming the transition is the first move.
Once you name it, the data point you've been ignoring becomes a map.
Which of the three sentences sounds most like you right now? Drop the number in the comments.

If you’ve been feeling like you’ve outgrown the version of yourself you used to be … but you’re not fully sure who you’re becoming yet, this is for you.
I think this is something we don’t talk about enough.
That space where you’re no longer who you were … but you’re not fully expressed in who you’re becoming either.
Where things feel uncertain.
You’re not totally clear on your next move … but you can feel that you’re meant for more.
That’s a real phase.
And it doesn’t mean you’re lost. It means you’re evolving.
That’s one of the reasons I’m honored to be a contributing author in "Women Gone Wild: Leadership."
This book is filled with stories from women who stepped into that in-between season and chose to trust themselves anyway.
And when you preorder, you’ll also get access to a bonus bundle focused on visibility and leadership.
If this season feels familiar to you, I hope this reminds you:
You’re not behind.
You’re becoming.

There was a season of my life where, from the outside, everything probably looked fine.
I had driven nearly a quarter billion dollars in sales.
Exceeded every quota they gave me.
Built the career. Built the life.
And I was completely disconnected from myself.
I remember walking through my front door after ten days on the road. Physically there. Mentally gone.
My mom turned around, looked at me, and asked:
"Where did Hilary go?"
It felt like a knife piercing my heart.
Because I had no idea.
That was the moment I started asking the real question.
Not what do I need to fix.
But who am I becoming.
That question became the foundation of everything I have built since. The 3HQ methodology. The ReLaunch Co. Over a decade of helping ambitious women step into their next chapter with intention.
Honored to share more of that story in a recent Authority Magazine feature.
If any of this is landing for you right now, it was written for you. Read the full feature here: https://medium.com/authority-magazine/hilary-decesare-talks-the-relaunch-co-the-oracle-years-and-why-your-ceiling-which-limits-you-ca-ed844a5dddaa

Sometimes, the hardest thing for successful women to admit is this:
The life still works.
But it no longer feels fully aligned.
And because nothing looks “wrong” from the outside, they keep pushing past what they already know internally.
That’s why spaces like Ticket to Freedom matter.
Not because women need more information.
Because many of them need permission to stop abandoning themselves in lives they’ve already outgrown.
I’m honored to be one of the featured speakers for this event alongside an incredible lineup of women having honest conversations about reinvention, leadership, visibility, purpose and stepping into what’s next.
If you’ve been feeling that pull toward something deeper, more honest or more fully you, this is your invitation.
