I was on the podcast Networking and Marketing Made Simple with Scott Aaron, and he took me right back to the driveway.
Ten years at Oracle. Three little kids. A melanoma diagnosis. A divorce. Ten straight days on the road.
I hit the clicker and watched that garage door crawl open, and something in me finally said it out loud. I'm done.
From the outside, everything looked fantastic. Inside, it was crumbling. Maybe you know that feeling.
Scott and I got into all of it. The board member who nearly took everything. The identity crisis that followed. And the exact 4 step process I use now to shift my state in two minutes or less.
If you've been feeling like your life no longer fits who you're becoming, this episode is for you.
Life will force relaunch moments. You get to choose how to navigate them.

Throwback to my daughter's wedding day.
Someone told me once that the whole job of raising a kid is training them to leave you. Nobody warns you how strange that math feels on the actual day it works.
You spend years being the answer to every problem she has. Then one day she's standing there, glowing, not needing you to fix a single thing. And somehow that's the win.
I used to think success as a mom meant being needed. Turns out it means raising someone who doesn't need you anymore and still wants you in the front row.
Best kind of fired I've ever been.
If you're a mom who's watched her kids step into their own next chapter, tell me about it below. Those stories deserve to be told.

She was accomplished. Capable. Frustrated with a life that no longer fit.
By day three in that Scottsdale ballroom, she was describing a completely different future.
Hilary DeCesare built her 3HQ method on this exact truth. Life will force relaunch moments. Powerful women choose how to navigate them with intention.
This chapter is a launchpad. Not a landing.

Nobody relaunches alone.
I used to think asking for support meant I wasn't strong enough to handle it myself. So I handled everything myself. The businesses, the kids, the hard seasons. All of it.
Here's what I know now. The strongest women I've ever met are the ones who stopped doing it alone.
Find the woman who tells you the truth. The one who's seen your worst chapter and still shows up for the next one. The one who doesn't need you to be polished.
Then hold on to her.
Because the next chapter isn't something you figure out by yourself. It's something you walk into with the right people beside you.
Share this with the friend who's seen every chapter and stayed. No caption needed. She'll get it.

Most wellness advice treats the body as a separate system.
Fix the gut. Balance the hormones. Reduce the cortisol. Optimize the sleep.
All of that's real. All of it matters.
What gets left out is this: the body and the identity aren't separate systems. When one's in transition, the other is too.
A woman who's in the middle of an identity shift, who's outgrown the version of herself she's been running for the last decade, won't be fully fixed by any protocol that only addresses the physical layer.
Not because the protocols don't work. Because they're missing half the conversation.
The missing half is: who are you becoming? And is your nervous system resourced for that transition?
That's the Health Reset conversation. And it's different from every wellness routine you've already tried.
