Early this morning, reps confirmed rumors that Justin "Big Buckets" Hogan has announced his comeback from the IR for the 2014 season. Scouts reported that Justin Hogan was spotted in an outdoor pickup game in Silverlake in what some people thought was a Skunks jersey. "It wasn't a Skunks jersey," Justin noted, "but that's not the issue. The issue is Chinatown. And there will be a lot of it this year." When asked about how Justin looked, a teammate stated: "He looked about 60%. And that's good enough for the Skunks."
