This is the sign of a winner. The assignment was 5 x 5 @ VO2Max...while only 4 were completed, this athlete went deep enough to hit a top 5 in accumulated time at 95% VO2 which is quite surprising since they do harrdddd gravel races (many times boat loads of lower VO2)...BUT THE BIGGEST WIN was cratering at the start of Interval 4 and GOING BACK IN!!!!! Don't quit on yourself. The gems are made at the end
