Only you 'know' what's right for you.

No matter how 'expert' someone is at something all they can really tell you is what has worked for them or in the cases they have studied.

While there is likely a lot of worthwhile information contained therein. It is of great benefit to always check how you feel about those methods.

Sometimes this will expose blockages inside yourself and others it will tell you that the method in question is truly not the right way for you.

Discerning between these two can be difficult. I find the best practice is to not try to discern between them.

If something doesn't feel right I always recommend assessing the situation and the self.

Through recognizing these blockages inside of ourself we unearth that which will propel our self forward.

Through identify the state of alignment wheb can ensure that we are navigating in a way that is good for us.

Emotions are functionally navigational beacons for your life. Always check with your emotions before making a decision or commitment.

However do not allow your emotions to blockade you.

Honoring the emotions is not about utilizing them as a boundary for our experience, but rather as a guide for a path that is in alignment with our desires.

If you are ever unsure about what to do next... STOP, check which way feels best, go that way.

This will not always lead to the most efficient result (you'll need ample intellect for that). However, it will keep you from moving off of a course that is aligned with what you really want.

This yields enormous benefits.

Your focus defines your future.

The power of our mind is beyond our current imagination.

It is through our perfected focus that we obtain the ability to create the future we desire with exact replication.

Self love is the best love!

It also sets the limit case for love that you can experience.

There are many methods for enhancing self love but they all revolve around the same concepts.
