Season Explorers Winter Camp is ready and excite to see you on Monday December 20th 👍🏻

Entrance is on Morella street, kindergarten gate.

Please don’t forget to label all your child’s belongs… backpacks, lunch boxes, water bottles and even sweater please pretty please, sometimes we get lots of the same backpacks or lunch boxes and we want to make sure it will go home with the right camper.

I miss my Chacalakas very much and it is time for us to have fun again 🌼🍃

Dear Parents and Season Explorers Campers 🍃🌼

It is with my heart full of mixed emotions that unfortunately I have to informe you all that it will be another year without Season Explorers Summer Program 🍃🌼

I believe Lausd is not completely ready to open its campus yet or are waiting to receive more information from the State to really freely open everything. In the mean time Season Explorers are one of the business’ that is stuck out there waiting patiently to start to be fully open again ...

School will finish up this up come week (6/11) and without no response if I can’t use the school, it gets really hard for me to open the camp there ... you all know how much pride and love I put into all the weeks I prepared for the kids and not having an answer with a realistic amout of time is very difficult to have all my special guests coming in, or building structures, advertise, make t-shirts, brochures and get registrations going. (I lost all last year when they shut down everything)

So..., I have to ask YOU to cross your fingers and hope that next summer or even this winter break, I can use again the school campus and have plenty time to give everyone time to register or ask me questions and to learn more about my program.

I just want to up date everyone that I am still full of hope and waiting to see if Lausd will let me use the campus for Summer Camp. At the moment they are focusing on getting the schools ready for in person classes again, but I believe I will have a better answer by the beginning of May. I apologize for all this inconvenience. I will keep you all posted as soon as have more information.

Dear Season Explorers Campers and Families.
This is Mrs. Leila, I miss you all very much ✨💖

I just want you all to know, that I am still full of hope that Lausd will give us, the camps owner’s, permission to use their school this summer of 2021.

I also know that they are trying their best to have all the students back to school soon.
So, please let’s keep doing our part eating healthier, using our masks 😷 washing our hands constantly and kicking this virus far away ... we are getting really closer to have our lives back to normal 👍🏻

I am in touch with them weekly and as soon I found out, I will keep you all informed if they will open their campus for Summer Programs.

At least for my program - our goal is to follow the health guidelines and do what is safe and appropriate for all our campers.

Unfortunately, because of the Covid19 Pandemic - Season Explorers Summer Program 🌼🍃 WILL NOT be open this Summer of 2020.
I feel that the safety of my campers and employees come first and I decided to wait until everything clears up and we have a better and a safe way to deal with this situation, especially when it is a gathering of more than 20 people/children.

Parents that already registered your child ... I fully reimbursed you back 👍🏻. I truly appreciate your business and once again I “Thank You “ for your trust and loyalty, means the world to me ✨🙏🏻.

I have no doubt that we will come back stronger and more creative than ever, providing a clean and safe environment for our campers ✨❤️

As you know Colfax Charter Elementary School and North Hollywood High School, were once the home for Season Explorers, but they are passing throughout a construction/remodeling process and the safety of my Explorers are my priority.
It is with a great pleasure that I informe you all that Season Explorers 2020 will be held at Walter Read Middle School - at Shaw Park, an exclusive area that is all gated, with shade, grass and endless possibilities for fun 👍🏻
