Often times we may feel unloved. Often times we can feel very alone in the world. Often times we can wonder does anybody think about us. However, love comes in many shades, colors, flavors. Many we would never recognize, at first glance. Happy Valentine’s Day-you are SO L💖VED.

Interesting. Even Alexis reveals the evils of the pharmaceutical companies. Now, I’m not against them. I just think their priorities are out of whack. Pharmaceuticals are great, but only as a last resort. The real remedy, the real cure, is to work at the root of the problem. Many many years ago when I had an out of control anxiety/depression disorder, I tried medication for about two weeks, no more, and something in my gut was telling me this is just not the way. There’s gotta be a better way. So I did a lot of research and I discovered that the problem with natural remedies: they don’t address the problem, the root, in a HOLISTIC way. So, that prompted me to create a 5 prong approach for eliminating (permanently) extreme anxiety and depression. It was so bad, I had full-blown panic attacks daily and I became agoraphobic, at one point before I started utilizing the 5 prong approach I created. Incidentally, it also happens to be part of the AOM System simply because, to live an extraordinary life requires all aspects of ourselves to be optimized and thriving. The Takeaway? Remember this: you don’t have to be on meds (this goes for ALL kinds of medications) and you can avoid meds in most cases. Work with a professional, who is devoted to eliminating whatever the issue is by working on healing and reversing the root cause.
