WHAT WE DO:
At Strive High, we cultivate a spirit of mindfulness and well-being through physical fitness and friendship. We begin each week with a thoughtful mantra for the girls to keep in mind. Each class begins with a moment of reflection, and then we set off on our 30-45 minute run/workout depending on the day. If you’re not feeling it on a particular day and need to walk, no problem! After our workout, we gather in a circle to engage in goal setting activities, improv games and team building exercises. We talk openly about the struggles of the week, and share inspirational stories and quotes. There will be time for journaling, meditation, reflection and plenty of space to release the stresses of the week.
