Honored to have led a mindful movement session for the U.S. Army, helping them to release stress and reconnect body and mind. Organized by the Red Cross, this experience was truly meaningful. Grateful to support resilience through breathing and movement.

I called my Mum this morning celebrating her. She was happy but surprised :)
