There’s strength in recovery! Sometimes I think we need to be reminded that a rejuvenated mind/body is the best mind/body to send towards our goals (physical, career, family, mental etc.).

3 fun facts you may not know about Grace Anatomy Pilates ✨👏🏼☺️
1. I’ve been teaching in the Studio City area since 1996 although the studio did not open till 2007.
2. I open the studio with one reformer one Cadillac one chair and one barrel in one room. It is grown to five rooms!!!!
3. Last but not least 😋 I’m pretty sure I’m the only Pilates studio that has freshly made sourdough bread from scratch.
