Bad call. Lux was SAFE!

After the first week of STAGE 3 (Diet for weight loss & to cut up), I am down to 239.5 lbs (almost 4 pounds lost). I knew it would be difficult to give up Soda (Coke, Pepsi, Barq's Root Beer), so I included one per night). This week, it has to end (which makes me sad..:(
Week two, here we come...

Today begins the third (and final) stage of "LIFE AFTER (near) DEATH TRAINING!" For the next 16 weeks, I will be posting and updating my trails and tribulations as it relates to my specific dietary goals, ambitions, accomplishments and yes, SETBACKS!
Diet begins at a Body Weight consisting of 243 Lbs. A 2500 Hundred Calorie (daily) Diet plan will be enforced for the first week (it will change every week or every other week, according to what the body dictates.
A specific cardio program will be adhered to on a daily basis and i will update those plans as it becomes set (have to do some more testing on my abilities at the moment before I can determine what the program will ultimately be made up of)...
HERE WE GO!!!
