Taking classes has always been a challenge. Burlesque is the first dance I'm learning and Burlesque Charm School always challenges me the most. But our amazing & humble teacher gave us a pep talk I really needed to hear. Even though I look around the room, and see babes killing it, it's intimidating knowing I'm not even close to that level, but its inspiring too. The last time I took a class with this school I was still super brand new and not even in the community. But looking back, my confidence has grown, my knowledge has increased and I'm even a stage kitten now at an incredible show. You just have to take a moment to look back and see how far you've come. This is a tough journey, but it helps that I've been surrounded by nothing but badass individual people who continue to lift me up and inspire me. 😘
