Yes, therapy is expensive 😂 but honestly… running helps.
Without paying $200 an hour lol.
Coming from a fitness coach, here’s why:
Running can help release endorphins and serotonin aka the “feel good” chemicals that can boost your mood and lower stress.
It also gets your heart rate up, improves blood circulation, clears your mind, and gives you time away from screens and everyday pressure.
Not saying it replaces therapy… but a good run really can help mentally AND physically 🏃♂️
