Meet .
He was the first 83kg (182lbs) to squat 700lbs.
He set the USAPL American Record for 90kg (198lbs) with a 733lbs squat.
And currently, he squats 800-821lbs regularly in training!!

WHY’S HIS BACK SO SMALL?
Believe it or not my back used to be even smaller. A small shirt would hang loosely on my 100lbs Asian body.
So what did I do to bring honorr back to my famiry name?
I did the holy trinity of back development.
1. A mixture of vertical pulls and horizontal pulls.
2. Some with two hands and some one-handed, like what you do in the shower 😉.
3. Kept the program structure the same and gradually decreased reps and increased the load over time aka progressive overload. Not to be confused with blowing your load.
This is a tried and true method for bringing up lagging body parts except the little one between your legs. There’s nothing you can do about that.
But when you run the new Powerbuilder Program, you’ll make up for it.
Cause you’ll be tackling all the muscle groups that make you look jacked and strong while increasing your squat, bench, and deadlift.
