Hi — if you’re new here (or you’ve been quietly following for a while), welcome.
I’m Carmen. LA-based, NYC born and raised, and I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the fitness industry.
I’m a personal trainer, pre & postnatal fitness specialist, holistic health coach, and group fitness & Pilates mat instructor.
I help women get stronger, feel better in their bodies, and build habits that actually stick — without extremes, burnout, or “starting over” every few months.
My approach is holistic, practical, and grounded in real life. We focus on safety, consistency, and self-trust, not punishment or perfection.
How I work with clients:
• Foundation-based personal training
Hands-on support to learn movement safely, build confidence, and establish strong fundamentals (in-person or virtual).
• Hybrid coaching (my core offering)
Structured workouts + app-based programming with live coaching calls for accountability, mindset, and sustainable progress.
• Long-term maintenance & mentorship
Ongoing structure and lighter-touch support once consistency is established.
I also teach strength, Pilates mat, and sculpt classes throughout LA.

It’s my birthday week! (Officially 3/14). If you know me, you know I like to draw out the celebration ☺️.
This week’s classes are dedicated to LIFE!!! Gratitude for movement, the privilege of it, the beauty in it!
We often complain about having to exercise, but we tend to forget that we GET to do it. So many people are in chronic pain, or just aren’t able bodied, and spend their days WISHING they can exercise and move.
Let’s remember to count our daily blessings and lean in to the gratitude of the things that we GET TO DO!!!

New Class Alert- Thursday’s at 6:45pm- Pilates Fusion .
Think of it as a combo of pilates mat, with barre. Lots of core, lots of glutes, but your entire body will get a great sculpting workout.
