Sophie is originally from Miami but has been living in LA for the past 17 years where the first 13 she pursued a very successful career as a professional dancer. She’s always had a passion for fitness and health and is a knowledgeable NASM certified trainer. Sophie started training at our BUNDA flagship on 3rd St. in West Hollywood where she then went to open our second location in Santa Monica. After spending a year at Sophie opened our 4th location in Woodland Hills, CA and is now the BUNDA Los Angeles Regional Manager. 🤝

The BUNDA difference 💦 ft.

At BÜNDA we train the butt and legs the most frequently to drive fat loss. Working the largest muscles (THE GLUTES AND LEGS!) creates the most energy output in the body.

For example, squats require much more energy from the body than crunches do. Therefore, squats are a better choice for fat loss, even when you want to drop fat in your stomach.
