Procrastination is incredibly common.
I’m guilty of it too (sometimes 😅).
Most people don’t struggle with knowing what to do, they struggle with starting.
The task feels too big or not urgent enough, so it gets pushed to “tomorrow”… again and again.
👉🏼 A simple fix: schedule it and remember your WHY.
When something is tied to a clear purpose and placed on your calendar, it becomes much harder to ignore.

Stop bastardizing MACRO Tracking.
It isn’t obsessive, it’s EDUCATIONAL.
When applied with intent, it builds portion-size awareness, nutritional accountability and a better decision making.
We don’t criticize tracking expenses for building long term wealth, right?!
Tools aren’t the problem.
Misuse is.

The post-show phase is where many athletes lose control… food choices spiral, solid habits get thrown in the 🗑️, and body fat is gained far too quickly.

Your post-show approach should mirror your off-season and contest prep:
structured, intentional, and disciplined.
Behavior is what separates average athletes from pros.
Being a pro means acting like one throughout the entire process, not just on show day.
