3 REASONS WHY ARE YOU NOT GETTING RESULTS 👇🏼

"I've been working out every day, eating healthy, but I don't see any results"
I'm hearing this a lot and these are the most common reason why you don't see results

1️⃣ You don't know what to eat.
You might eat healthy, but you don't know how many calories you consume a day or what kind of food exactly you should eat to get the best results. If you have too many or too low calories, you will not achieve your goals. Every person is different and you have to find out what is best for you. 

2️⃣ You don't have a specific training plan.
You can work out every day, following the videos of famous IG models, but it takes years of experience to understand, that there is a system of training, which works for each person depends on their goal. Most likely, you've been doing something wrong and even with every day training your body doesn't look the way you want to.

3️⃣ Cheat days become a cheat week
You start your week with eating healthy, probably not getting enough carbs and the right amount of calories, so your body starts craving for bad food, sugar. After few days, you eat some donut, then you tell yourself that you already messed up, so you will start again on Monday and you keep eating "bad" for the rest of your week. Nothing is going to happen if you eat one donut a day if the rest of the day your nutrition and workouts are on point. Do not stress about food and just add it to your calorie intake.
