Cheers to my 20TH YEAR as a swim coach! Feeling soooo thankful and grateful to be apart of so many families journeys! The years, experiences, growth, obstacles, tantrums, memories, poops and pukes, guidance and love from all of my fishies and families has been nothing short of amazing! Forever thankful to my parents for giving me the gift of my WSI classes back when I was 15!
Who knew my “little swim instructor” job would take me this far! I KNEW! I had close family and friends literally ask “what are you going to do…be a swim instructor your whole life?!” And while sometimes it got me down I KNEW that as long as I stayed positive, worked hard, and always showed up I could turn my “little” job into my cash cow that allows me to fund all my other dreams and businesses!
So for anyone who is starting small or doesn’t have the support from the people you thought you would, DON’T WORRY! Follow your path, create a plan, work hard, and execute with positivity and knowledge because the universe/God (whatever and whoever you believe in) will favor you and you will create a new community that supports you every step of the way!
I want to give a special shout-out to one of my 1st families that trusted me and spread my name like wild flowers (I know it’s fires but flowers is way better 😜) you’re a gem! And to your another queen that I am so blessed to have in my life! you too! Blessed to be surrounded and work for some of THE most amazing families! THANK YOU!!!

For the last 3 years we’ve done our annual swimathon and every year the kids blow me away! We make goals and create a plan on how to achieve them, and it is honestly sooooo inspirational!
There’s a 100 lap club, 200, 300, and last year this kid did 402 laps BUT this year he somehow managed 620 laps in 1.5hrs! (That’s almost 5 miles)!
He cried a bit but never gave up, slowed down a bit but never got off pace, and sure enough he smashed his goal! THIS is what breeds confidence, champions and most importantly in my opinion fortitude! Way to go Thomas I literally shed tears of love because not only are we all proud of you, but I saw you GLOW with a sense of accomplishment and it was well deserved!!! WOW

I love watching my little caterpillar swimmers flourish into butterflies! The confidence and awareness swimming gives EVERYONE is just amazing! It never gets old!

These two little fishies graduated! They laughed together, cried together, but most of all had the best time and gained soooo much confidence while learning to swim! Now they coach each other and cheer each other on! My heart is soooo full!

We’re soooo proud of this little fishie! Not only can he do all of his safety skills, but at only 2 he can swim across his whole pool!
In this video he is cool, calm, and collected BUT not that long ago he would cry and scream EVERY lesson. Although he had tons of tears his parents trusted the process and now look at his smile in the end! He’s very confident in the water and while it wasn’t easy for him or fun he was safe, and learned how to relax his body in the water! No better gift to give children than confidence and allowing them to learn how to swim!
