Front raise adjustment from the elbows instead of the wrist. This was during our third superset and Cel Rock pushed through really well 👏

Front raises with a limited range. The seated position and range starting at the legs will make it harder to involve other muscles that might otherwise cause unwanted momentum.
Engaging the lats correctly with Nicole Rakowski
Focusing today on the outside sweep of the quads. We started with a lighter weight and placed emphasis on the muscle. Slightly rotating the hips will help keep the right alignment. Keeping tension on the way down and pressing up correctly is very important.
Upright Rows from a dead stop Mike O'Hearn
Bicep Curls with a twist at the wrist. I like to slightly lift the elbow to keep tension on the arm and off the forearm. The goal isn’t to swing with momentum. It’s a lift, not a swing. Turn the wrist with the inside of the hand and keep the tension on the bicep.
A big thank you to MetroFlex Oceanside,CA for having me this past weekend! It was a pleasure to meet so many amazing people and connect with all of you!
Cable rows using the GOB Y-Attachments with Nicole Rakowski
You can find all of these exercises and more at godfatherofbodybuilding.com
Tricep extensions can be done a few different ways on the cables. Many of which end up being wrong for how you feel the muscle and how well it loads that area. I like this because of how engaged the tricep is every rep!
