Mitch's Gym

I don't mind being open here and saying that I've obviously been depressed the past few months. I have had help from a lot of people, especially coworkers. Those who work in law enforcement often are not on the same page as civilians and I am trying to be more empathetic, understanding, and patient. I created Mitch's Gym in 2009 when we moved into this house and now have created this page to reach out to others in law enforcement and also those who are not. Exercising raises your seratonin levels and releases endorphins. Photos, videos, exercises, recipes, or even just an inspirational quote to keep everyone up who might be feeling down. Please, if you have questions, advice, comments both negative and positive, I welcome all. I'm just trying to leave a positive impact on the world.
