Feb 2020, I had finally hit a front squat PR of 315 LBS X 1 rep. Present day, Iโ€™m up to 4 reps. Short term goal is 5 and eventually build it up to the 10-15 range ๐Ÿ’ช

Rest & recovery is one of the most undervalued and overlooked parts of getting stronger over time. A part of my recovery regime is consistent deep tissue therapy, stretch therapy and occasional chiropractic adjustments that I rotate on a weekly basis. As I get older, I want to be able to keep the gains going as long as I can. Doing recovery work as much as once a week is better than doing nothing for anyone who works out 5-6 days a week. Benefits:
-Repair & rebuild muscle tissue
-Strengthen ligaments & joints
-Replenish fluids & energy stores
-Refresh mental energy
-Reduce risk of injury
-Avoid overtraining syndrome


Since Monday is , itโ€™s only right I post this PR of 315 LBS x 5 reps ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ’ช Time to set new goals on all my big lifts as Iโ€™ve recently reached my long term goals on my bench, squat abs deadlift! Currently sitting at 208 LBS body weight. I think I can spare a few more pounds ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘Š

My Story

I made a New Year's Resolution in 2011 to get myself into the best shape of my life. This is something I've attempted more than once in the past but never went pass a couple of months before I let myself go again. I guess 2011 was different because it was the year that when I started, I never stopped. Day in, day out, week after week, month after month, year after year, I caught what they call the Fit Bug. Fitness changed not only my body, but my mentality, my spirit, my well-being and my overall life. I never would have thought that by wanting to improve the quality of my life through fitness would inspire those close to me to want to change their lives as well. I believe that's what turned my simple New Year's Resolution into a lifestyle & a passion that fuels me to want to continually challenge, educate and better myself so I can now help others achieve those goals too.

Established in 2012. This business was inspired & built from a personal goal; from a personal goal turned into a passion and a passion that turned into a career. Now I dedicate my career to not only help clients to reach their physical fitness goals, but I do so with the intention of motivating them to carry out the same motivation, discipline, hard work and progressions throughout their everyday lives.

We don't train just to train, we train to change! As a Personal Trainer, my sole purpose is to change your habits which can also change your life. Not to just strengthen your body but also your mind. I push to make your uncomfortable zone your new comfortable zone.
