I’ve been asked about lately and how to practice it. 🧘🏽♀️
Start with one foot off the ground and practicing your balance.. when you feel stable try bringing both feet off the ground. Make sure you aim to place your knees towards your armpits, helps with balance and stability.

How many times have we heard this and still question it?
I’ve been shown time and time again that this statement is so true.
Opportunities appear when we’re ready to receive them, changes happen when we let go and allow, happiness comes in the small things and our gratitude grows them into big things.
Notice how it’s our mentality, in the power of our daily awareness.
Today I am so thankful for exactly where I am and the gifts that have presented themselves to me. I stand in awe of life and our abilities as humans to grow, break, heal, learn and expand.

And it’s a wrap… our APPL 2026 season is complete. We ended the season as the Arizona East Valley Champs and 3rd in the State in the 50+, 4.0+ Women’s Division! 🎉🙌🏼
What a season! Our team of women are top notch in every way and we gave it our all yesterday at State Championships! Through the early start time, heat, wind and 12 games (2 matches), we came out as the bronze winners. 🥉We met some wonderful women and had amazing competitive matches. 👏
I would play on and off the court with any of you. Thank you for the fun, laughs, drills, practices, good sportsmanship and support. We are winners and we still the East Valley Champs! My heart is so full of gratitude and love for all these experiences! 🫶
