What a WEEK! 🥲
Life can throw us some curve balls yet it’s all about how we react and learn from them.
It was a busy week in general then a trip to the vet for TIFFANY because she had some strange things going on and I wanted her to get checked. Well…, the vet took her labs and informed me that my dog child has diabetes. 😩
I was in shock.. my heart started racing and as he continued to inform me that she’ll now need insulin shots I almost lost it. Shots? Diabetes? My dog? How? Why? Will she be ok? What now? I can’t give shots, Scot will have to do it… all these questions and concerns went wild through my head.
I’m not gonna lie, I shed some tears when I got home and told my hubby. Then we created a plan.. got her meds and committed to her care going forward and learning about this condition in dogs.
I know she is and will be fine, yet this rocked my world a bit and it had me slow down from the busyness of life and focus on what’s important. Her health.
We quickly get caught up with life that when something big or small changes in our world enough to get our attention… we have to pump the brakes to take it all in and evaluate.
This was yet another valuable lesson in perspective and doing whatever it takes to focus on the opportunity for growth, understanding and patience. Our love and appreciation for our pup has grown even more as I see how strong she is with her new regimen.
I’m sharing this to encourage whoever needs to hear that when life throws you a curve.. slow down, pay attention and find resolution vs reaction.
Hug and love those close to you today whether it’s an animal or a human.. be kind and remember that everyone is going through their own trials. 💕

I have always loved this quote and this past year and a half I’ve had some old injuries show up, yet despite them… I choose to thrive in life!!
I always say that injuries come with a lesson, something for us to learn and grow from.
They have caused me to do more self care such as regular massages, acupuncture, and other forms of self care.
I’ve learned that as I mature it’s even more important to stay consistent with self care and pay attention to any signals that my body is giving me.
So.. despite what is going on in your life.. do you choose to survive through it or THRIVE through it?!
The choice is always ours! 💛

Couple of questions:
1️⃣ Do you have a tracking system in place?
2️⃣ Are you consistent with your tracking? Ex: food, workouts, measurements, etc?
3️⃣ What changes may need to take place?
4️⃣ Do you set small feasible weekly goals for yourself?
5️⃣ Are you showing up fully to meet your goals?
6️⃣ Are you having fun in the process?
7️⃣ Do you need better accountability?
These few questions can get you started, re-started and progress you toward any goal in your life if you answer them honestly.
Always start with feasible goals and know what you’re striving for. Envision your goal and make daily efforts in this awesome opportunity of your life.
Your journey is the best part… you will learn so much about yourself in the process and become more and more excited as you see progress.
Remember, it’s about creating and not just the creation.
Enjoy it, find fun in it, learn to love the process and all that it teaches you.

Every now and again something shows up in life that is truly magnificent, life altering and magical. So, what are these incredible, life-altering radical shifts that will blow your mind? And how do you open your mind to make them happen?
Open your mind to the possibilities …
The vibration of gratitude attracts more positive things in your life. One of the most important mind shifts that could instantly open your life and business up to new possibilities is to ‘grow’ through the tough and discouraging times of life, rather than just going through them.
Some of the biggest failures and adversities in life ended up becoming some of the biggest blessings and opportunities … but this “open” happens when you make the choice to learn from your situation and circumstances.
Once you have shifted your mindset that anything and everything is possible, you will have a level of gratitude that reflects the idea that you are surrounded by opportunities and not problems. This changes your outlook, which in turn is what life reflects back at you.
On this beautiful , seek the awareness and openness to blow your own damn mind. 😉

I’ve always loved design but I feel at this stage in my life, it represents so much more to me.
I can remember back when I asked and prayed for finding my person and the many blessings that I have in my life now. 🤍
I remember how I committed myself to doing “the work” on myself, which by the way, never ends as we are ever evolving. Yet, back then I needed to heal many parts of my heart and soul; to learn and understand my growth, my journey, and how to thrive and be open to receive what I prayed for.
Much has manifested since then, and Im so very clear of divine timing. I needed the lessons before I would be able to receive, appreciate and love on the level that I do today. I wake up in awe of the beauty of my life and when I catch myself complaining about anything.. I try as quickly as possible to get into an emotion of what it good instead of what isn’t. It’s not easy, sometimes we all have those days that we wish we could forget, but when I glance around my surroundings of love, family, peace, abundance and grace.. there is no better feeling.
We are called to live joyfully, and however that looks to you, revel in it daily! Moment by moment bring yourself back to being present to all the beauty that surrounds your life.
Today, on this beautiful and … look around you.. be present to all your bounty.. people, shelter, family, friends, love, your career, travel, pets, & so much more! You were made to live joyfully! 💖
