Many of our workouts are looking like this as we scramble for ways and ideas to stay active outside of the gym. Remember a jog, a bike ride, body weight exercises, a brisk walk or with dog, playtime with the kiddos.. ALL counts. Start with YOU. Think simple. Equipment is optional. But if you if need ideas or recommendations with a few items DM us. https://ift.tt/2wthyz2

This. And perhaps more specifically now. Even during these trying times, let’s not forget to be kind to one another. We’re all human on this journey, and it’s ok NOT to have all the answers. But we can control kindness. Unless your heart is also distancing???🥰 https://ift.tt/2xZbT3Q

Here are some healthy changes or physical activities you can do near and around home: 1. Home exercise videos/ig tips (plenty of content now) Improvise from home furnishings and gym set ups. 2. Bike!!! (streets are pleasantly empty).. you don’t need to go far. Circles and loops around a small block is fun. 3. Jog/stairs (Find ways to elevate a healthy heartbeat) 4. Stretch (because sitting before the news all day or hunched over your phone isn’t good for the body and mind. 😳😳😳Staying at home doesn’t mean there’s a fork in you! 😊✅ Ps. STRESSED??? 👉🏽👉🏽Eat more plants than bread, cheese and wine. Cmon!!!! 🤷🏾♂️😂 https://ift.tt/3a41pym

Portable and Adjustable weights back on deck. These make great additions to any home or park workout. Essentially the most any general to maintenance exercise is comparable to your goals. We’ve discovered that our clients have been successful with anywhere from 5-55, and 60lb dumbbells. A decent portable set is up to 50lb. Extreme Body builders may need to look elsewhere. https://ift.tt/394Id2f

Before PE aka (The non-gym-owning beginning of PE) did a few vids 8 years ago! Very cringe, (wore a “company” polo to the park)..but they’re archived there ...🤦🏽♂️😂🤷🏾♂️... but hey from there, things popped off in 2013, having only really started training professionally in 2010. https://youtu.be/cNyHjwBcQYE https://ift.tt/2Uo65Z8

Storefront showing off with the clouds! 😊😊👉🏽We remain positive that the sun won’t hide behind the clouds forever. And sometimes we need the overcast to appreciate the shadows cast from light. https://ift.tt/2xMZZtW

Thanks for sharing the words & sentiments of some of our best PE peeps. Word on the is they were cruising the hood on a long walk. Yes people!!! ...you can still use your legs and get outside for fresh air. And if you feel adventurous, a hiking trail, a jog or bike ride could be therapeutic during this “down” time. Exercise doesn’t need to be a only kind of experience. https://ift.tt/3b47gnl
