You did it man from start to finish, something only a small percentage of people can say, that alone deserves a pat on the back itself.

is an eager beaver and disciplined dude by nature, but getting on stage oiled up with his shirt off was just not something I think we were both sure he would really do.. just being out of his wheelhouse.

However he mustered up the courage, he did the work and the preparation and brought something he could be proud of…with it being his first show he already rivaled the men’s physique winner, but needs the time to tune up and get comfortable with presenting what he’s got… .pham_ did a great job taking him from ground zero with posing to getting him to hit and show everything he needed… now it’s just time to learn how to put some sauce on it and grow in the process…

I pride myself on being one of the most diverse individuals I know… And I say this to remind you all that a moment in time does not define you… we often here the phrase “don’t let anyone put you in a box” well before I’d say that I’d tell you, don’t put yourself in a box!

I was a football player who turned into a bodybuilder, who then turned into a boxer… you are the boss of your body you tell it what to do and how to work!!!
